When you shop with us, it is convenient, user-friendly and inclusive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Shaandaar Weddingz’ products and the services provided by it. We provide services subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions.
Shaandaar Weddingz reserves the right to amend/modify/revise these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice and justification.
- All products listed under the ‘shop’ category are subject to change in lieu of price, descriptions and availability from time to time. Thus, purchase is strictly prohibited to availability of stock.
- Any product can be discontinued of sale/discount/special offer without a prior notice to the customer.
- If an incorrect pricing is done of a product, we will refund the difference or in major cases the full amount in lieu of defamation to our client.
- Products seen on the screen may slightly vary from the actual descriptions such as weight, colour, size and other physical parameters. However, design and structure remains same.
- In case of customized orders, we will try our best to incarnate the cake pattern you have in mind. Any personalized message can also be incorporated depending on your choice.
- You can substitute any flavor in place of the aforementioned ones. Our chefs will try their best to incorporate changes with respect to availability and flavor choices. Any change or substitution requires 24 hours of assistance.
- The orders you place are subject to acceptance by us.
- The sole guarantee of your order being accepted by us is an email or a push notification from our website to you.
- Before accepting any order, we need to have certain information and details from your side. Before cancelling your order, we will contact you.
- We can, at any point, because of any reason, can cancel your order. However, these are rare cases but we contain the right to terminate the order, the intimidation of which will be provided to you 48 hours prior delivery.
- We can only proceed with modification if the order is not dispatched or delivered yet. In case the order is out for delivery, we won’t be able to levy the required changes. This is true for same day delivery orders as well.
- If your order is cancelled by us, we will remit the full credit amount (if paid by you) to your respective banks in case of a credit/debit payment. We will also pay back the credit in e-wallets if paid through them. If we cancel a part of order, we will not charge for that subsequent product(s) and that would reflect in your bill automatically.
- In case your desired product is out of stock or unavailable, we will try to get in touch with you telephonically. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will deliver the next best alternative so that you don’t run out of cake for your special occasion.
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, All Debit Card . Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any and all payments made by above mentioned options, either through payment gateway on the our website are subject to specific terms and conditions of such third party payment gateways.
- Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail or SMS which will include all the details of your order, including the order number which will be required in the event you need to contact Shaandaar Weddingz. In case you have not received an Order Confirmation e-mail and SMS, please call +919654485811 on or write to us at email@example.com. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation e-mail or SMS when your order has been delivered.
- We advise you to order at least 3 days prior to your desired date of delivery to avoid hassles and genuine service.
- Estimated delivery time is non-binding. It will depend on the subject to availability and destination of the delivery.
- Delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.
- Re-delivery of the order will not be possible and the customer will be charged for the order despite a failed delivery process. In case the recipient is not available, the order can be collected by the guard, neighbor, receptionist or any other concerned person. We will consider the order executed in circumstances of wrong address, unavailability of recipients, locked premises and refusal to collect the order by the recipient.
- We will contact you on the day of delivery to schedule a proper delivery time and pickup possibilities if the customer is unavailable. No refund or cancellation dues will be granted in such situations.
- For delivery of order items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host.
- No returns shall be entertained because of the perishable and customized nature of the products. Exchanges are allowed in case the item is wrong or defective. Otherwise exchanges are strictly not allowed. Call us on +919654485811 or reach to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- A full refund is allowed if informed of cancellation 24 hours to the scheduled delivery time. We will notify you as soon as possible about the failed delivery and will reimburse you with the refund details in the next 24 hours.
- Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
- Refund is not initiated in case of unsuccessful delivery from the recipient’s side or delivery to a wrong address.
- If any product received by you is damaged or defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +919654485811 or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver to you the new product or refund the amount to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by Shaandaar Weddingz, it takes 10-15 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
- The customer pays the full due amount as listed on the website including the levied taxes and delivery charges.
- You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services not withheld by Shaandaar Weddingz.
- We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments equivalent to the lesser of per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed under Applicable Law. You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
